Troy Smith

Troy Smith, PMP, has a diverse background in project management and service delivery spanning over two decades. They served as a Project Manager at ACS Government Solutions and held various leadership roles at Dell, including Delivery Director of Service Management and Public Business Transition Lead. In their tenure at Unisys, Troy advanced to Senior Director of Transition Services and Director of Financial Services, managing substantial revenue streams and client relationships. Currently, Troy is the Director of Client Services at Diversified, where they oversee client success managers, and they also serve as Federal Services Director, leading teams dedicated to federal client services. Troy earned their degree from Christian Brothers University.
