Justin Casey

Justin Casey currently serves as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Elevate, a position held since February 2021, following roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in the Transactions Group at Foley & Lardner LLP from May 2019 to February 2021, focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance, with a specialized interest in sports and entertainment, automotive, and industrial sectors. Earlier experience at Proskauer Rose LLP included roles as an Associate, where Justin worked on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance, as well as a Summer Associate. Justin's academic background includes a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Business Law & Policy from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at UCLA, supporting research in tax policy reform.
