Scott Gilly is an accomplished executive and legal professional with extensive experience in executive search, business development, and labor law. Currently serving as Senior Partner at Elevate since June 2025, Gilly previously held various leadership roles, including Head of Portfolio/Ops Recruiting at CPI, where a new executive search practice was founded and scaled. As Founder and CEO of Pivot Management Partners, Gilly focused on sports and entertainment recruitment, while also developing a cloud-based platform for law firms at DirectDep, LLC. Gilly's legal expertise was honed as General Counsel and Head of Business Development at Zya, a technology start-up acquired by Google, and as a founding partner at Thompson Wigdor & Gilly LLP, specializing in labor and employment law for professional sports clients. Gilly holds an A.B. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a J.D. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Catholic University School of Law.
