Yao W. is currently the VP of Global Partnerships at Elevate and previously served as the VP of Global Brand Partnerships at ESL FACEIT Group. With a background in sports industry management and extensive experience in partnership sales and revenue development, Yao has worked with various organizations such as City Football Group, NBA, New York Yankees, and Charlotte Hornets. Yao has also taught sports management courses at Georgetown University and New York University Shanghai.
