Steve Griffith

Steve Griffith is currently the Director of Development at OneEnergy. Steve has over six years of experience working in the energy and climate industry. Prior to joining OneEnergy, Steve worked as an Energy & Climate Analyst at Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) for two years. Steve also spent one year as an Assistant Program Officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). Steve has a deep understanding of the energy and climate sector and is passionate about finding innovative solutions to climate change.

Steve Griffith has a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a Bachelor's degree in Growth and Structure of Cities, Economics from Haverford College. Steve also has certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in LEED Green Associate.

Steve Griffith reports to Eric Udelhofen, Director, Development. They work with Seamus Fitzgerald - Manager, Real Estate, Beth Esser - Manager, Development, and Adam Kowalski - Manager, Development.
