Adam Herling

Adam Herling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and financial technology. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at One since October 2021, Adam previously held the position of Financial Institutions Lead and Senior Product Manager at EarnUp, where the focus was on automating loan payments for consumers. Prior to EarnUp, Adam was the Senior Manager at the Financial Health Network, directing initiatives to support innovative technologies that enhance consumer financial health. Adam's previous roles include VP of Operations at One Financial Holdings Group and Senior Associate Consultant at McKinsey & Company, providing strategic and operational advice in the payments sector. Adam’s legal background includes clerking at the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals, as well as internships at notable law firms and government agencies. Adam holds a JD from New York University School of Law, an A.B. in Public Policy and International Relations from Princeton University, and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
