Annika Rantanen

Customer Success Manager at Oneflow

Annika Rantanen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Annika started their career as a founder of their own sports massage therapy business in 2013, where they built strong relationships with clients and gained skills in self-management, accounting, customer service, and branding. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Teampreneur at Eventa Creative, a firm established by Proakatemia students. In 2018, Annika joined Dream Broker as an Account Executive, where they actively collaborated with existing customers and focused on upselling and maximizing customer value through online videos. Annika then moved on to Arter Oy, where they served as a Customer Success Specialist, organizing review meetings, handling customer requests, and supporting admin users. Annika later became the Head of Customer Success, leading the customer service team and running strategic development projects. In 2022, Annika joined Oneflow as a Customer Success Manager, supporting and taking care of customers in Finland from onboarding to long-term relationships. Currently, they are working at Questback in the role of a Customer Success Manager, starting in 2023.

Annika Rantanen completed their high school education at Parolan Yhteiskoulu from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they attended Cleveland High School for a year from 2008 to 2009. In 2012 and 2013, Annika studied Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage at Carl Wilhelm Akatemia. Annika then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2017. Annika also briefly studied International Business at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences in 2016.
