Susann Johansen

Susann Johansen is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in growth strategy and user experience. Currently serving as the Head of Growth & User Experience at Oneflow since June 2021, Susann leads initiatives that drive product-led growth and enhance user experiences. Previously, as a Growth Manager at Oneflow, contributions included the transition to a reverse trial model to improve user engagement. At CIRCUFIN, Susann worked as a researcher on a project examining financial literacy's impact on circular startups. Susann founded Stray Dog Design, where significant branding and design projects were undertaken for various sectors, including hospitality and social innovation. Also, involvement in social innovation design sprints showcased Susann's commitment to fostering entrepreneurial initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master in Design and Innovation from IED Madrid and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Arts University Bournemouth.
