Sherry Chen

Sherry Chen is an accomplished HR and recruiting professional with extensive experience in startup environments and established companies. Currently serving as a Fractional HR consultant for Kurrent, Footprint, and Hub Central Properties, Sherry has also founded an HR and Recruiting consultancy aimed at supporting early-stage startups. Previous roles include Head of People at Extra Card, where Sherry established and managed a dynamic HR team, and various positions at Credit Karma, where Sherry contributed significantly to building recruitment systems and leading university recruiting efforts. An early career as a 7th and 8th-grade math teacher with Teach For America highlights a commitment to education and community engagement.
