John Earls

John Earls, Ph.D. has served as Director of Health Intelligence for Onegevity Health. Dr. Earls has more than 20 years of experience in software development. John received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a BS in Bioinformatics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne. Dr. Earl’s doctoral research focused on the computational integration of diverse -omic (genome, proteome, metabolome, microbiome, phenome) using systems approaches to quantify , understand, and predict human health and disease. These methods were applied to wellness, aging, brain health, gut health, cancer, and COVID-19 in peer-reviewed publications.
