Citrina Warren

Citrina Warren has a substantial work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Requirements Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked until 2014. Citrina then joined CGI as a Senior Business Analyst, where they performed GAP Analysis, identified system requirements, and documented product backlogs from 2014 to 2015. After that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Business Analyst from 2015 to 2017, where they elicited client requirements and facilitated communication between customers and the software. From 2017 to 2018, Citrina held the position of Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Leidos, conducting meetings to elicit requirements and providing improvement recommendations. Currently, they are employed at OneGlobe LLC as a Scrum Master, leading and managing requirements gathering activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Citrina Warren earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Washington Adventist University from 2007 to 2010. Citrina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Enterprise Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing it from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Citrina has obtained various certifications. Citrina received an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner certification in April 2022. Citrina is also certified as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), a Certified Agile Leadership - Essentials, a Certified Agile Leadership - Teams, a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) through institutions such as Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile Inc.
