Thomas Ryan

Thomas Ryan is an experienced BD Solutions Architect at OneGlobe LLC since November 2025. Previously, Thomas served as Chief Technology Officer and Strategic Innovation lead at By Light Professional IT Services from May 2013 to September 2025, focusing on aligning technology with organizational growth and optimizing Agile practices. Thomas also held the role of Vice President, overseeing the Veteran Benefit Management System for Rating (VBMS-R) application development. Prior to By Light, Thomas was a Program Manager at Harris Corporation, managing VBMS-R and VBMS-A development efforts, and served as Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, developing the Clinical Information Support System. Thomas began the career as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, working on compliance applications, and as a Developer for the City of Austin. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.
