Symone Morales

Symone Morales, M.Ed., is a nonprofit executive with extensive experience in higher education, focusing on multicultural education, diversity and inclusion, and first-generation college student success. They served as Senior Coordinator for First Generation Campus-Wide Initiatives at UCLA, where they designed programs that garnered national recognition for promoting first-gen student retention and success. Previously, Symone held the role of Associate Dean of Students at Stanford University and worked as a College Adviser with College Advising Corps, implementing strategic plans that supported diverse student populations. Currently, they are the Executive Director at OneGoal, continuing their commitment to student development and support.
