Vinson Delmage is the Regional President of ONEGROUP Risk Management and Insurance, overseeing operations in WNY, CNY, and PA since 2025. Before this role, Vinson held various positions at Chubb NA, including Branch Manager, Senior Underwriter, and Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lines Management from 2002 to 2025. Vinson earned a BA in Liberal Arts from The University of Olivet, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
