Michaela Bonfield is currently the Head of Impact at OneHive, where they lead initiatives to drive social impact through innovative projects and partnerships. Previously, Michaela served as the CEO of a Hertfordshire-based charity focused on youth mental health, positively impacting over 5,500 young people. With an MSc in Psychology and personal experiences of homelessness, Michaela is dedicated to building inclusive systems that empower individuals. Recognized as one of the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential Women in 2024, they believe in creating meaningful change one program at a time.
