Onehup smoothens the complete flow of all Repairs, Returns and Guaranties. It will save you, your distributors and your retailers manpower, relentless phone calls, e-mails and al lot of frustration. As the system communicates with all parties, the service levels will dramatically increase.

On top of this Onehup offers:

1. A marketing tool to make all the documents (like product sheets) you feel necessary available for your retailers in a special Dropbox facility
2. Gives you full insight into all cases regarding repairs, guanrantees and returns
3. Makes live easy for your staff, every case can be dealt by more than one person. So, they are always prepared and fully informed

Onehup is built so shops can enter all details into the system and it will automatically be shared with the supplier. Photos of the damaged product can be added and all the communication is logged per claim into the system. Once there is agreement about how to solve the issue, the customer can be informed and action can be taken and logged by the system.

Onehup is a plug and play standalone solution, and will not interfere with your standard software and will not replace anything. Off course there is a possibility to connect with your company software, but this is no need.
