Mark Powless has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Oneida Nation, starting as the General Manager since January 2002, overseeing critical program and service areas, including health, housing, technology, and tourism. Previously, Mark served as the Director of Southeastern Oneida Tribal Services, managing social services for Native Americans in southeastern Wisconsin, and held the position of Director of Bingo and Off-Track Betting, where Mark managed a staff of 65 and a budget exceeding $20 million. Mark's career began at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in various roles, culminating in a promotion to Bingo Director in 2000. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution.
