John Dagdag has a strong background in data processing and software engineering. John started their career at Global Mail Management/InkSpot Printing as a Data Processing Specialist/System Support Specialist, where they accurately processed data file conversions and improved data processing efficiency through automation. John then moved on to Tabs Direct as a Sr. Data Engineer, where they processed and manipulated data using various software tools and improved efficiency by automating daily job tasks. John later worked at Anchor Computer Software as a Data Analyst/Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support and analyzing data. Currently, John is working at O'Neil Digital Solutions as a Composition Software Engineer Manager.

John Dagdag attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2000 to 2002. John obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems during their time at the university.
