Linda Clapper

Linda Clapper serves as the Chief Digital Officer and Vice President of Application and Solution Delivery at O'Neil Digital Solutions since June 2016, overseeing engineering, product development, services engagements, and technology operations. Prior to this role, Clapper held the same vice president title at William O'Neil + Co. Inc. from June 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing the transition to digital content and the deployment of a mobile application for Investor's Business Daily. Clapper's extensive experience includes positions such as Director of Program Management at TrueCar, Inc., Fixed Income Program Manager at Capital Group, Associate Director at 20th Century Fox, and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Clapper began a career in network administration at the University of Wisconsin from 1993 to 1996. Clapper earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
