Simon Beltran

Simon recently joined the O’Neil executive team as President and Chief Revenue Officer. He is a recognized business and thought leader with over 12 years of executive level history, excelling in leadership within the distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce, physical and digital communication market place. In his role as President and CRO, Simon oversees all aspects of the technology and revenue organizations, including sales, marketing, product, technology solutions and client experience. His teams are charged with the core goal of delivering exceptional value and an amazing user experience for their clients across a full spectrum of technology driven solutions, excellence in print and fulfillment services, and marketing supply chain expertise.

Before joining the O’Neil team, Simon served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for 4over.com in Glendale, CA. Prior to his time at 4over, he was the Vice President and General Manager for the Shutterfly Inc enterprise business, Shutterfly Business Solutions. Throughout his leadership career, Simon has been charged with scaling businesses through land and expand selling efforts, process innovation, building cross functional and collaborative teams, and driving integrated technology and production solutions.
