Dan Reisman

Dan Reisman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and customer support. As a General Partner and Singer at MDR Ideas since October 2017, Dan combines creative talents with business acumen. At O'Neil Software, where Dan has served as a Senior Support Specialist since August 2000, responsibilities include involvement in the complete software development cycle, with strengths in analyzing customer needs, problem-solving, and writing documentation. Prior experience includes a role as a Concierge Page and Room Reservations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel from 1992 to 1997. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Research and Experimental Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and has additional education from Central Michigan University.
