Ethan Sernoff is the General Manager of O'Neill Americas and a board member, overseeing business operations in retail, marketing, and product plans. With extensive international retail and leadership experience gained from roles at Nike, Disney, and SodaStream, Ethan has demonstrated a strong track record in achieving P&L targets and developing innovative growth strategies. Ethan previously served as Managing Director for SodaStream in Germany and Austria and has held various leadership positions within Disney Consumer Products. Additionally, Ethan owns and operates BrandWave Consulting, providing strategic business consulting services. Ethan graduated with honors from IMD's Business Programs.
