Wouter Mol

Wouter Mol is a creative and dedicated entrepreneur who thrives in fast-paced environments undergoing significant change. With a strong focus on sustainability, Wouter has managed medium-sized teams and successfully led various retail initiatives across multiple companies, including Sjenkels Nederland, Counterr®, Esprit, and Skins. Currently, Wouter serves as the Head of Retail Europe at O'Neill, drawing from extensive experience in brand management, sales strategy, and team leadership. Wouter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from Hogeschool Rotterdam and has a background in Technical Business Administration from De Haagse Hogeschool.
