Ed Baklor is an accomplished leader in the travel and hospitality industry with over 30 years of executive experience at prominent organizations, including Disney, JetBlue, and WestJet. Currently serving as the Founder and Leader of Service Is Bak, LLC, Baklor provides consulting services focused on operational excellence and customer service. In addition, Baklor holds advisory roles at OneImaging and Ceresa, where mentorship to emerging leaders is a priority. With a proven track record of transforming customer experiences and leading large teams, Baklor has greatly impacted several major projects, including the redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport. Academic credentials include finance and general management degrees from American University and Cornell University.
