Laura Wang

Laura Wang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura started their career as a Chemical Regulatory Affairs Consultant at REACH24H in December 2013, where they provided solutions for international clients regarding chemical regulation issues. Laura then transitioned to the role of China Food Regulatory Consultant, offering consultation on food compliance issues and building relationships with important partners. In June 2017, Laura became a Growth Marketer at the same company, focusing on driving growth strategies.

In 2018, Laura joined Hutong School Hangzhou as a Business Chinese Course Director. In this role, they taught foreign entrepreneurs and professionals about business Chinese and culture, developing tailored teaching plans based on their needs and challenges. Laura thoroughly enjoyed interacting with entrepreneurs and gaining insight into their experiences.

In September 2020, Laura moved to nihub Innovation Center as a Partnerships and Business Development Manager. Laura played a vital role in developing partnerships and facilitating business growth until December 2020. Finally, Laura currently holds the position of Operations Manager at One Klinik, beginning their tenure in December 2020.

Laura Wang started their education in 2006 at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance Accounting and Management, graduating with first-class honors. Laura then attended Lancaster University in 2010 and completed a Master of Research degree in Money Banking and Finance, achieving a distinction. In 2011, Laura began pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Lancaster University, specializing in Economics. However, they later quit this program. In the same year, they also undertook training in Economics at The University of Manchester as part of their Ph.D. studies.
