Ash Rofail

Ash Rofail is the General Partner at Openner.vc, a Global Venture Capital firm based in Washington DC. Ash is also the Chief Executive Officer at OneKonnect, formerly known as eBenefits Network, a leading provider of Platform and Services to the healthcare benefit market. Additionally, Ash is the Co-Founder of ICAgile, an organization that accredits training entities and provides certifications in Agile practices. With a background in private investment in enterprise software companies, Ash has also served in leadership roles at User Technology Associates and Sage. Ash holds a Ph.D in Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence from UCL, as well as an MS and BS in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles and Azusa Pacific University respectively.
