Marie Tomner

Marie Tomner is the Head of Operations at OneLab, where they are responsible for the Operations department and work towards achieving quality and efficiency goals alongside their team. They have previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Assistant and Staffing & Recruitment Assistant at Academic Work, as well as serving as an Enhetschef at various departments within Örnsköldsviks Kommun and Botkyrka kommun. Marie holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organization with a focus on HRMD and Labor Law from Umeå University, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the same institution. Their strengths include strategic and operational leadership, recruitment, organizational change, and efficiency optimization.
