Or Turgeman

Or Turgeman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities.

Starting in October 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at the Israeli Military Intelligence. In this role, they were involved in developing software and programming.

In February 2015, Or transitioned to the position of a Digital HW and HDL Engineer at the same organization. Here, they worked on digital hardware designs and hardware description languages.

Moving on, in August 2017, Or was promoted to the position of System Architect. In this role, they managed a strategic work plan across multiple departments, designed complex software integrated hardware projects, and facilitated collaboration between clients' software requirements and development teams.

From August 2019 to July 2021, Or held the role of Head of Software R&D Section. During this time, they established a new section comprising 35 software engineers. Or managed four team leaders and oversaw low-level development in the department. Additionally, Or set up a specialized team focused on code reversing using IDA and advanced research methods.

Presently, Or is the Co-Founder and VP R&D at OneLayer, a company they started in August 2021.

Or Turgeman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, which they completed from 2020 to 2022.
