Sagi Shechter

Sagi Shechter currently serves as the VP of Finance at OneLayer since August 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer at IRP Systems from August 2023 to August 2025 and Director of Finance at Redefine Meat between March 2021 and August 2023. Sagi's earlier positions involved product growth strategy and business operations management at ZoomInfo, as well as business and strategy management for the Medical Division at Lumenis. Sagi began a career in finance as an Analyst at Natural Intelligence and advanced to a Senior Associate in Deal and Financial Advisory Services at KPMG Israel. Sagi's professional journey began in the Israel Defense Forces as an Air Traffic Controller, achieving the rank of Flight Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
