Naveen Gupta

Naveen Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and sales within the educational and financial sectors. Currently serving as Cluster Head at OneLern since July 2025, Naveen previously worked as Area Manager at LEAD Group from May 2022 to June 2025 and as Assistant Manager at Aakash Educational Services Limited between February 2019 and March 2022. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at BPL Limited from July 2016 to January 2019 and a brief internship at ICICIDirect in May 2015 where responsibilities included client interaction and mutual fund sales. Naveen holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Retail Management from the Jaipuria Institute of Management (2014-2016) and a B.Com. in Commerce from the University of Allahabad (2010-2013).
