Felipe Haito

Felipe Haito is currently a Customer Success Manager at OneLocal and previously held the role of Customer Success & Implementations Specialist at ResortSuite by Agilysys since 2020. They have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Customer Relations Manager at Bisha Hotel Toronto and as a Manager On Duty at both Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Felipe also served as a Front Desk Manager at Hotel X Toronto and held positions as an Assistant Front Office Manager and Senior Technical Sales Specialist in prior roles. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Sheridan College.
