OneMed was founded by a group of physicians in central Florida who had One common vision. The team genuinely believes in taking patient centered care back to its grass roots placing emphasis on primary prevention and enhanced chronic disease management. OneMed has a strong focus on providing patient care end to end to keep patients safe/understood in all patient care realms.  Beyond this, integration of primary care with behavioral health under the same practice represents a pillar of its core competency.  

OneMed recognizes the gaps in care today and utilizes a technology engine to execute its vision to put an end to this chronic problem. OneMed has entered into a partnership with Andor Health to elevate the standard of care for the patients we care for all while reducing costs !
