Judith Rasch

Judith Rasch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and digital marketing. Currently serving as Operations Manager at One:Nil since November 2025, Judith previously held the position of Operational Excellence Manager and Project Manager at Happy Horizon from January 2022 to November 2025. Starting at WINNRS in October 2018 as Project Manager and later as a Digital Marketing Consultant, Judith balanced work with education to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on Digital Business. Judith also developed skills in growth hacking through a traineeship at The Talent Institute and has gained diverse experience in marketing roles, including a graduate internship at FC Utrecht and a junior position at the Johan Cruyff Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sport Marketing and various degrees in Business Intelligence and Database Technology.
