Pete Solvik

Pete Solvik is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and startup investments. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Jackson Square Ventures, Pete has focused on Series A financings for SaaS and marketplace startups since December 2011. Additional significant roles include serving as a Board Member and venture investor at DocuSign since 2006, where Pete held the position of Chair of the Nom/Gov Committee, and acting as the sole Series A outside investor and Board Member for Seismic since 2013. Pete has also invested early in companies like Spiceology and OneNotary, and holds Board Member positions in multiple organizations including Cloverleaf AI, MagicLabs.ai, and Winmore. With a BS in Information Technology & Management from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completing the Directors College program at Stanford, Pete combines educational excellence with a deep commitment to fostering innovation within the startup ecosystem.
