Adrian Grosu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and management within the maritime and technology sectors. As Development Manager at OneOcean since July 2025, Adrian leads teams focused on maritime HR solutions. Prior to this, Adrian held the role of Development Team Leader at Ocean Technologies Group and was involved in various capacities at JCI Constanta, including President and Human Resources Director. Adrian began a career in technology as a Software Developer at Histria Shipmanagement and also held positions as an IT Systems Engineer and IT Administrator early on. Adrian's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science from Universitatea OVIDIUS and additional studies at Universitatea Maritima din Constanta.
