Justin Neill has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Justin is currently the Director of Customer Service and Fulfillment at OneOf, a green NFT platform for the music community. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Service at OneOf, where they contributed to breaking down economic barriers to entry and connecting fans with their favorite artists.

Before joining OneOf, Justin worked at TAP Network as the Senior Manager of Community and later as the General Manager of California. During their time at TAP Network, they established the Los Angeles market for HOOCH, recruited and managed a sales team, and executed successful marketing events at top venues.

Justin also served as the VP of Integrated Marketing at Brand Allies LLC, where they managed talent and influencer outreach for special events with key clients. Justin leveraged relationships with venues and hospitality groups to garner publicity and marketing for brands.

In addition, Justin co-founded SmokeStik, a pioneer e-cigarette company, where they played a significant role in launching the e-cigarette industry in the mainstream market. Justin garnered national press and secured product placements in top publications.

Other notable experiences include working as a Consultant at Spotted, Inc., serving as the Marketing Director at Magali Designs, and working as a Junior Manager at Artists Independent Management.

Justin Neill attended Santa Monica College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate's Degree. Justin then went on to study Marketing at UCLA Extension from 2004 to 2006.
