Brett Smith

Brett Smith has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Brett started their career as an Engineering Intern at ConocoPhillips in 2009 and later worked as an Engineering Intern at Chesapeake Energy in 2010. Brett then joined ConocoPhillips again in 2010 as an Operations Engineer. In 2011, they moved to Magellan Midstream Partners where they held various roles, such as Asset Integrity Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, Manager of Equipment Technology, Manager of Business Optimization, Director of Business Optimization, and Director of Commercial Operations. In 2023, they joined ONEOK as the Vice President of Optimization & Business Technology.

Brett Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University between 2005 and 2010.
