Smith has held various accounting roles, including Audit Senior at Deloitte, and has worked at Oxy in several positions, advancing to Supervisor of Marketing Accounting. In 2018, Smith served as Controller for Operations Accounting at EnLink Midstream and later took on the role of Assistant Controller for Natural Gas at ONEOK in 2025, where they currently work.
