Carla Saunders

Carla Saunders has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as Supervisor of Organizational Development Operations at ONEOK since May 2008. In this role, Carla focuses on enabling employee skill development and career progression while supporting various organizational initiatives. Previous positions include Talent Management Systems Analyst and Instructional Designer, where Carla managed eLearning course development with Subject Matter Experts. Prior to ONEOK, Carla held roles at Cardinal Health as a Customer Advocate, After Hours Pediatrics as Office Manager, and American City Business Journals as Circulation Manager. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety from Northeastern State University, earned between 2016 and 2018.
