Graeme Marshall

Graeme Marshall is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at ONEOK, where responsibilities include developing scalable hiring systems and enhancing candidate experiences. Prior to this role, Graeme held significant positions at Conduent as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, managing the recruitment needs of a technology-driven business with a global workforce. Graeme's tenure at Baker Hughes included roles as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Executive Director of Global Workforce Demand, where duties involved overseeing numerous strategic initiatives, including diversity hiring and automation in talent acquisition. Additional prior experience includes leadership roles at GE, AMEC, AECOM, Charterhouse, Search Consultancy, and Safeway, combined with a degree in Retail Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
