James Butts is an accomplished professional in the field of electrical and electronic engineering, with significant experience in supervisory and technical roles within the natural gas industry. Since September 2011, James has served as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Trillium CNG, while also working as a Midstream I&E Technician at EnLink Midstream since September 2017. In February 2025, James began a new role as an I&E Technician at ONEOK. Prior to these positions, James held the title of Field Service Supervisor at Pinnacle CNG Systems, LLC from November 1999 to September 2011, overseeing field service technicians and managing maintenance for 28 CNG compressor stations. Educationally, James holds a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Midland College and graduated from Big Spring High School in 1981.
