John Schwarck

John Schwarck, CFA, MBA has a diverse work experience in the finance and energy sectors. John is currently serving as the Vice President - ONEOK Ventures at ONEOK, where they focus on finding energy solutions to meet the world's advancing needs. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor at Rev1 Ventures. From 2013 to 2022, they held various roles at American Electric Power, including Director of Corporate Venture Capital and involvement in strategic initiatives and corporate development. John also had a stint at Innovari, Inc. under an executive loan program. Before that, they worked at STRS Ohio as a Sr. Investment Associate, and at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as an Investment Associate focusing on analysis, equity, derivatives, and asset management.

John Schwarck, CFA, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Institutional Finance and Analysis Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1995 to 1999. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration - Emphasis Finance from the University of St. Thomas from 2003 to 2005. In 2017, John earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
