Jon Chang currently serves as the Director of Commercial Refined Products - Marine, Fuels Optimization & GLO at ONEOK since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Magellan Midstream Partners from March 2018 to October 2023, including Director, Manager of Marketing & Development, and Supervisor in both Business Optimization and Crude Business Development. Jon's responsibilities involved identifying and implementing cost-reducing projects and growth opportunities within the refined products and crude oil segments. Previous experience includes project management roles at Energy Transfer and Sunoco Logistics, as well as engineering positions at ONEOK and Mustang Fuel Corp. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2011.
