Luke Bell

Luke Bell is an experienced professional in digital product management and commercial technology, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Technology at ONEOK in the Midstream Refined Fuels Segment since September 2023. Previously, Luke held various roles at Magellan Midstream Partners, including Manager of Digital Product Management and Product Manager, where responsibilities included developing product roadmaps and overseeing growth projects. Luke's career also includes significant experience at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a Supervisory Fish and Wildlife Biologist, focusing on endangered species conservation and digital product development. Luke holds a Master of Science in Plant and Soil Science from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation of Fish and Wildlife from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
