Manuel Barrett

Manuel Barrett is an experienced environmental professional currently working at ONEOK since January 2024. Prior to this role, Manuel served as a Safety & Compliance Supervisor at Magellan Midstream Partners from November 2015 to January 2024, where a significant enterprise project was led to improve incident management processes and implement a new Incident Management System (Enablon). Previous positions at Magellan included Remediation Supervisor and Environmental and Remediation Supervisor, managing numerous environmental remediation projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Environmental Project Scientist/APM at ARCADIS U.S., Environmental Scientist at Blackshare Environmental Solutions, and Field Chemist at Green Country Testing. Manuel holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Northeastern State University.
