Mitch Wegener

Mitch Wegener, CPA, has a robust background in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting, Corporate Planning for NGGP and NGP Commercial, and ESG Accounting at ONEOK since July 2018. Prior roles at ONEOK include Manager and Senior Accountant in SEC Reporting. Prior to ONEOK, Mitch Wegener worked at Phillips 66 from June 2014 to July 2018 as a Senior Analyst in FP&A and a Financial Analyst in Midstream Financial Services. Earlier experience includes positions at Grant Thornton LLP, first as an Audit Intern and then as Audit Associate II. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Oklahoma State University.
