Nick Johns is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant at ONEOK since 2024, Nick has previously held key roles such as Head of Global Compensation at Zayo Group and Senior Manager, Global Compensation at Sonder Inc. Notable previous positions include Global Total Rewards Manager at Zoom Video Communications and Senior Compensation Manager at Arrow Electronics.
