Randy Pierce

Randy Pierce has a extensive work experience in the risk management and insurance industry. Randy is currently working as the Director of Risk and Insurance at ONEOK since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. for a period of 10 years, starting in October 2012 as a Senior Vice President and ending in August 2022.

Before joining Marsh & McLennan, Randy worked at The Holmes Organisation as a Risk Management Consultant from August 2005 to October 2012. In this role, their primary responsibilities included providing insurance and risk management services to clients in the energy industry. Randy also served as an outsourced risk manager for several companies in various industries, specializing in captives, risk management audits, mergers and acquisition due diligence, and surety bonds.

Prior to that, Randy worked at Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. from July 1998 to August 2005 as a Manager of Treasury Operations. In this role, they managed risk and coordinated insurance programs, recommended appropriate coverage levels, and evaluated alternative risk transfer solutions.

Randy started their career at Williams/MAPCO Inc. in October 1986 as a Risk Analyst, where they collected and analyzed information for insurance renewal presentations, reviewed contracts for insurance provisions, and developed reports and graphs to aid in risk management.

Randy Pierce attended Langston University from 1986 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting. Randy also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board in 1996.
