With over 15 years of leadership experience, Randy has a strong background in IT support and operations management, having managed environments in a 24x7x365 setup. They have also held various roles at ONEOK, including Supervisor of IT Audit Liaison and IT Internal Auditor, where they oversaw compliance testing and knowledge management processes. Randy began their career in retail management and technical support, and they are HDI certified with aspirations for ITIL Foundation Certification.
