Rena Armstrong

Rena Armstrong, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Design and Standards Supervisor at ONEOK since April 2023, overseeing the NGP Engineering Design and Standards department and its Drafting team. Previously, Rena held the position of Director of Division Engineering at Phillips 66, where responsibilities included directing a team of engineers and providing operations engineering support across multiple states and extensive pipeline infrastructure. Rena's career also includes roles such as Business Optimization Planner and Assistant Plant Manager at Jupiter Sulphur, LLC, as well as Optimization Engineer at Ponca City Refinery, contributing significantly to various refinery processes. Earlier experiences at ConocoPhillips involved roles as Economic Analyst and Associate Engineer, focusing on refining research and catalyst development. Rena holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Missouri State University.
